What are the expected Shipping Times?
This depends on the Stock Status of the item. The Stock Status is shown under the pricing on the individual product page.
- In Stock (1-5 days)
- On Order (2-4 weeks)

What are the expected Delivery Times?
This depends on your selected delivery method.
- Registered Parcel Post: 1-7 business days from date of shipping
- Airmail International: 3-10 business days from date of shipping
What are Business Days?
Business days are Monday to Friday.
What Import Restrictions & Customs Fees may apply?
Some countries place restrictions on goods imported or charge customs duties or import fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out about any restrictions applicable to them and pay any charges. We send all parcels through Australia Post and suggest checking your country in the first instance on their website here. We also recommend contacting your local government body e.g. Customs and Excise.
What do I do if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived in the time expected please contact your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you. If they don’t have it, please email us with your order number and we will look into it for you.
Who makes the Insurance Claim if Australia Post lose my parcel?
All insurance claims for undelivered parcels are between Bada-bing Jewellery and Australia Post. We will arrange for the insurance payment to be paid to you. Insurance claims for delivered parcels are between the customer and Australia
Do you provide a jewellery case with each product?
Yes, you receive a FREE jewellery case with each item purchased.
Can you Gift Wrap my item/s?
Yes, we offer FREE Gift Wrap and Card.

What is your Recommended Retail Price (RRP)?
This is the Australian manufacturer’s recommended retail price and is the price you would generally pay if you purchased the product in a shop front jewellery store.
What does AU$ stand for?
Australian dollars. All prices on our website are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and VISA, PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit. To protect our customers credit card details are checked and we report any transactions of suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.
How long will it take to process my order?
- In Stock items - 1-5 days,
- On Order items - 2-3 weeks,
- Ring Resizing - add 1 week
Returns Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy on all jewellery and watches less our original shipping cost. Change of mind returns will not be accepted for customised items (e.g. ring resizing). We are happy to discuss options of repair, replacement, refund, exchange or credit for the product depending on its availability.
Any refunds will have our cost of shipping deducted. To return a product simply contact us as soon as possible within 10 days from the date your order was shipped and we will evaluate your return request, record your product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA). Once you have received this, mail the product in its original condition with a copy of the receipt and original packaging to:

Please ensure that your RA Number is clearly displayed on or in the return packaging. We suggest you use Registered Post or insure the item. As soon as we have received your product we will issue you with your refund, replacement, exchange or credit.
Note: All returns must have an RA number. Any item returned without an RA number will be returned to the sender.

All orders are pre-paid.
For bank transfers please fax or email us the acknowledgement. We will ship your parcel as soon as your payment appears in our account.
